This is definitely one of the coolest technology advancements I have seen that takes touch interaction to another level, in this video leap motion shows different touch gestures with the consumer not actually having to touch the screen but rather using motion like gestures as you would with Microsoft’s Xbox Kinect system. Publisher Plans to Deliver At Least Six Next-Gen Games for Xbox One During the System’s First 12 Months

London, UK — May 21, 2013 — Today, following the announcement of Xbox One, the all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft, Ubisoft revealed that two of its most highly-anticipated titles – Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Watch Dogs – will be available on the platform later this year. Ubisoft also announced that these titles will be among at least six next-gen games released for Xbox One in the system’s first year.

HTC OneLast week we heard a rumor that HTC were working on a HTC One Google Editionsmartphone, the news came after Samsung announced the Galaxy S4 Google Edition at Google’s I/O developer conference.

HTC have denied that they have any plans to launch a HTC One Google Edition smartphone, the handset would come with stock Android, and now it appears there is more evidence of the device’s existence.

It is possible that the HTC One Google edition could be released this summer, and apart from running stock Android, the device would share the same specifications as the existing HTC One. Continue reading »

Gran Turismo 6Gran Turismo fans looking forward to playing the latest Gran Turismo 6 game announced last week are sure to enjoy this driving concept footage of the new Gran Turismo 6 game uploaded by AllGamesBeta.

As explained last week Gran Turismo 6 will include 1200 cars, 33 locations, and 71 layouts with 7 new locations in addition to those included in GT5. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action.

OpportunityDid you know there have been four different Mars rovers to touchdown and drive along the surface of Mars since 1997? All four belong to NASA and include – in order of oldest to newest – the Sojourner, Spirit, Opportunity and Curiosity.

Curiosity has been getting the brunt of the attention after finding strong signs that life may have once existed on Mars, but Opportunity recently hit a monumental point by breaking the record for the longest NASA drive off Earth.

Opportunity has driven a total of 35.76 kilometers along the surface of Mars – much more than Curiosity’s measly .7 kilometers. Before last week the record was being held by the Apollo 17 Lunar Rover, which explored 35.74 kilometers of the moon before being retired. Opportunity had already help the longest drive on Mars after eclipsing Spirit’s 7.7 kilometer exploration that ended in 2010. Continue reading »
